Blogs and Wiki’s are now well recognised as valuable business tools.
A Wiki is a special type of database which works well in many situations. They are especially easy to use and large groups of people can both read and edit the information. Uses are only limited by imagination !

Running a Blog can a good thing for almost any business to do, especially if there is a person or people within the company who like to write.
The idea with a business blog is that by writing what is effect a free online magazine ( usually publishing limited but useful information connected with the core business ), fans of the Blog would also frequent the site, and therefore become potential customers. A blog article could also save telephone time by giving a customer something to read, if appropriate. Blogs can be either built into a C.M.S. or setup as a standalone system.
