J.A. Canny & Co. is a solicitors practice based in Kilkenny. The brief was for a youthful and fresh take on what a solicitors site should look like.

The site is based on simple HTML and CSS as changes were not expected to happen with any regularity. This meant that the site could be in letterbox format. Styling is centered around combination grey shades ranging from almost black to almost white. Colour comes from the bank of 4 photos on the top right of each page. The four panel layout is a unique layout while still operating properly for the company’s requirements.

The site also provides a downloads section and this page can be referred to clients; which avoids posting/faxing/emailing out documents. This also fulfills a primary goal of the site which was to promote the company as a leader in it’s field in the area of using technology to support clients.
